
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations - If a cancellation or reschedule happens within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the services that were cancelled will be invoiced to you. If you have an appointment coming up for more than one service, but decide that you want to skip any services, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so i can update my schedule. **Special circumstances will be taken into consideration**
Satisfaction - In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your hair, you have two days to contact the salon, Rocked By Rikki DBA, and let us know you would like to have your hair tweaked/corrected.
Refunds - When a refund has been given on services (not products) the salon, Rocked By Rikki DBA, relinquishes all responsibility of refunded clients’ hair. Refunds make any requests to adjust and/or fix the hair null and void.
